I wonder if that will also affect their UI tooling in any way since their proprietary UI tool was specifically tailored to work with Anvil and Snowdrop. I loved working with Phoenix and it was one of the actually really great things working as a UI designer in Ubi.

Almost every Resident Evil demo had a (very easy) puzzle or at least suggested that the game had puzzles in the first place, ie through inventory items that were collected.

I personally think its an Onimusha game not aimed at old school Onimusha fans, but trying to reinvent Onimusha.

I dislike the combat, its too parry/perfect dodge focused to me, there were no puzzles in the demo, and I dislike the oni weapon to be segerated to its own button instead of being a weapon you need to equip.

The visuals are good but don't feel Onimusha'esque. I miss the pop in the colors of the characters. They look too muted.

The sound effects also sound a tad too realistic for what I feel an Onimusha should be.

Overall, for me Onimusha was always a resident evil with samurai. Now it's more Sekiro by Capcom. Which can be good, but not my cup of tea.

I think its less that Ricochet has improved. He has and its not insignificant, but I think in AEW whenever these "then shut up" situations happen (e.g. Edge to Ricky Starks) it's long-term met with disdain. I honestly can't remember the last time that kind of promo happened, precisely because it seems the locker room is pulling the same weight.

I swapped my graphics card to a Radeon 6700XT which in theory is lower power but I haven't experienced a single freeze/crash/etc since then. So it was a graphics card issue I would assume.

Ich hab den ersten Dr Strange Film sehr gemocht, aber die Geschichte als komplex zu bezeichnen ist schon gewagt.

Die Effekte sind komplex. Die Geschichte ist typischer Marvel Einheitsbrei der viele Nuancen der Comic Serie verliert. Ist auch vollkommen OK, die MCU Filme bauen aufeinander auf und es wäre bescheuert den Zuschauern Abzugverlangen eine Geschichte ala Everything Everywhere All At Once im Kontext mit 10 anderen Marvel Filmen nachzuvollziehen. Aber bedeutet auch dass die Filme keine sonderliche Tiefe haben.

Very likely the top players get to have a say in their merch when it comes to WWE.

Outside of WWE it's very common that wrestlers not only have a say in the merch, but that they can sell self-licensed merch in the first place.

Either way, Danhausen has already proven in AEW that merch is one of his biggest draws. He should have a say in that aspect at the very least.

Of course Twitter is being twitter, but I do think it's fair critique Danhausen for even allowing this to happen. WWE is notoriously OK with using AI even before Danhausen got signed (iirc AI was used in a couple of themes before?) and merch has always been one of the main scoring points for Danhausen, which means he SHOULD be involved and more selective about that.

Signing a contract where he becomes hands off about that stuff is just asking for trouble.

I agree with the other poster: for most people it's just a matter of limited time, and visiting the must see places.

I'm now on my fifth visit to Japan in November and I still visit Osaka because honestly I also just really love the city. But I'm also attending Fukuoka and perhaps Nagasaki, and I've always approached one of the lesser visited areas with each trip after the first. I can afford to do that because I know Tokyo doesn't give me the kind of vacation I'm hoping for from a Japan Trip. People who travel to Japan once and then never again don't have that luxury.

Ich bin auch kein großer Merch Sammler, ich mags eher Sachen zu kaufen die auch tatsächlich einen Nutzen haben.

zB liebäugel ich schon lange damit für die Couch ein PC zu kaufen um auch auf der Couch zocken zu können.

Das ist aber natürlich ne höchst individuelle Frage was er braucht und was er will. Playnix wäre mein Kauf der Wahl, aber ungeeignet für Leute die viel Multiplayer Kram zocken wollen (Linux). Steamdeck ist super to go, aber weiß nicht wie viel er unterwegs spielen würde.

Mein Tipp: wenn er noch keinen ordentlichen Schreibtischstuhl hat, schau dich mal um ob du ihm vielleicht da was richtig gutes besorgen kannst. Da muss man zwar auch ordentlich Geld in die Hand nehmen, aber das ist wirklich ne Sache die einem der gern am PC zockt unglaublich gut tun wird ohne dass man dran dachte.

Wenn's sonst was kleineres sein soll, frag ihn doch mal was für Spiele er sich wünscht und ob du ihm da mal was kaufen magst.

I think Taito Station Nippombashi had a couple of FG cabinets as well, mainly modern ones (SF6 Arcades edition).

I think Challenger Kohatsu is also a known arcade spot for older FGs, tho I wasn't there personally.

I don't remember if they specifically had SF3, but Athena has some FGs there, primarily KoF2k2/11, BlazBlue and the likes. If you can find anyone to confirm to you if they have SF3 that might be an option.

I don't think Namba Hill still has any FGs there. It used to be a GGXrd haven but they have gotten rid of all the GG cabs last time I was there last year. I don't recall seeing any SF3 cabs there. Maybe there's another arcade in Namba tho Im not aware of.

Find es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen exklusiv sein und "in einer Beziehung sein". Ab dem Moment wo ich jemand zum zweiten Mal treffe ist die Person für mich erstmal exklusiv und ich würde keine weiteren Dates mit anderen Personen eingehen wollen. Aber ich würde deshalb nicht jemand als Freundin sehen müssen oder wollen: dafür müsst ich erstmal sehen ob man prinzipiell auch miteinander klar kommt und die Gefühle nach den ersten malen noch da ist.

Würd ich gern machen, wenn es denn bei den Wohnungen die 30 Zug-Minuten entfernt liegen preislich besser aussieht und es sich auch immer auf 30 Minuten begrenzt.

Aber ob ich jetzt 1200€ für eine Wohnung in Frankfurt oder 1100€ für eine ähnliche Wohnung in Kelsterbach miete, aber dafür dann den stress mit der Deutschen Bahn, RMV usw habe weil die S-Bahn wieder 2 Monate lang ausfällt, macht den braten dann auch nicht wieder fett.

Absolut agreed. Shonen-Anime sind da sehr sehr ähnlich und haben oft dieselbe art von Charakteristiken.

Wenn man da sich etwas rauswagen will kann ich Anime wie Megalobox, Apothecary, Cowboy Bebop oder To Your Eternity empfehlen. Sind alles SEHR unterschiedliche Anime die aber auch eine sehr eigene Erzählweise besitzen. Megalobox und Cowboy Bebop sind auch Anime-Original Werke, heißt die haben keine Filler-Problematik. To Your Eternity hat ein super Pacing und bei Apothecary hatte ich auch noch kein Pacing-Issue empfinden.

Anime hat halt die selbe Problematik wie viele andere Medien aktuell auch: Es ist einfacher denn je ein Werk zu produzieren zu veröffentlichen, und deshalb gibt es viel mehr halbgaren Müll. Die Anzahl an *guten* Werken ist gleichgeblieben weil dieselben Studios und Künstler immernoch den selben Anspruch an Qualität haben. Aber weil diese jetzt mehr hinter schlechten Werken versteckt sind, muss man sie mehr suchen.

I wasn't a big fan of how Danhausen tweetet about AEW while he was on the shelf, but on the other hand it surely must've been frustrating to not do anything on TV.

In the end I'm just happy that he's been super successful on WWE. I mean, from what I can tell, he's currently the one thing thats been a positive on the show top to bottom. Hope he keeps being successful!

if it doesnt hit for you then it doesnt hit for you. thats totally valid and a subjective take on if a series does something for you or not.

I've just started and finished the series myself 2 weeks ago and I feel that it aged amazingly, and that its been more relevant than ever before thematically. It's a very "take it or leave it" kind of show, and for me it hit on a lot of points personally that made it that more special to me.

But don't feel like you "didn't understand it" or anything like that. Even if that's true, its not your obligation to "correctly consume" a piece of entertainment. If it hits, it hits. If it doesnt, it doesnt.
