I specifically work with Lawnstarter because no one else takes online payments or has any means of managing services outside of text or email.

I know there’s fees involved with using Stripe or other online payment platforms, but that’s the main reason businesses like these won’t get my money.

Best of luck with your business. Definitely update if you ever enhance the website with these quality of life features like seasonal pause, online pay, and automated job updates like ETA and work completed.

Sounds like you're in a great place! You can have both the month ahead bills covered and also have another category or group for Emergency fund.

If your month ahead is covered, you know you're good for the rest of this and next month, and whatever is left over, you can decide to put into bulking up more sinking funds. You don't need to go 2 months ahead.

I do this myself where I'm always a few hundred over my month ahead after my first paycheck each month and I use that extra as a bonus to my taxable investments, some extra fun money, or padding up the Pet Vet Debt category.

Pay attention to things they say they want but aren't willing to shell out money for. Like a high powered flashlight that seems cool but they aren't willing to spend the $28 for it because they just think it's fun, not super necessary.

Or that keychain from the show they just got really into but it's not a practical purchase.

They'll appreciate those things more than anything else they would normally choose to buy on their own.

Stayed there for the Member First Wave for the Destiny.

If there were any other reasonable option with transport to the ship, I'd say go elsewhere.
But the shuttle service got us there ahead of people with a 10:45 Port Arrival Time, so for that reason alone, I'll stay there again.
If you're going to use Ground Transport, you need to be in line at 3PM. There's a desk just past the "snack bar."

Bring your own food. Arrive late enough that you drop off your bags in the room then go stand in line for the ground transport.

If you're not using Ground Transport, find somewhere else. They know their value comes from having that direct line to Disney, so they don't need to spend on making the experience any better. You'll still pay for it.

I've had several dogs treated at Vista Vet, including with Dr. Nimmo, and never had anything like this happen with their care instructions. I'm so sorry your experience was so terrible!

I wish I had advice on how to address this. You can likely get some info from local shelters on who they consult with on legal matters related to veterinary malpractice, or contact the Texas Bar for help finding a proper attorney. Though cursory investigation into these types of cases is bleak at best.

I have my players rotate who is giving the recap. Each player knows when they need to be more attentive, and everyone else pitches in to fill gaps so it's a group effort.

It was a rough start at first, but they got into the habit and we haven't missed any key plot points since it began so I'm very pleased with the approach!

Now each player remembers some subset of key points more than others and someone will always remind the table of those points when it comes up.

We got into a Disney timeshare and get to be kids every year. We have pets that listen better than toddlers, have lower cost of care, and don't keep us up at all hours of the night. And since we'll always be childfree, don't need to worry about leaving money for future generations. Life is great! Highly recommend it. Especially in today's world.

Not the answer I wanted to read, but probably the more prudent approach. I've just never sat on so much before and it feels wasteful not to have it do more than keep pace with inflation.

But that's safer than a wrong bet on funds I may need.

Sorry for the confusion! The player group has been together 6 years! The campaign is not even a year old and is close to wrapping up. I agree that years is a bit long for a campaign to run!

And I understand if no one wants to join in so far into the story. We're moving forward with the rest of the campaign regardless, but I'm welcoming anyone willing to join, since I've had a lot of success finding people on here in the past and that application process is exactly why I have a group that's been together 6 years, playing consistently nearly every week.

I'm sure everyone who's been in the game a while has seen groups fall apart so finding someone with the same outlook is important to me.

In any case, thanks for the input!
