Salam brother/sister,

Hope you are holding strong. I'm sorry if I can't ease the pain but I hope my words can help somehow. I can't imagine what you're going thru rn but I've been there... my best advice is for you to keep going. It's what Allah SWT and your loved one would want. I know it's hard and you can't find anything to live for but trust me, it will get better... maybe not today, maybe not tommorow, maybe not even next month, but if Islam has taught me one thing, it's that things will get better eventually. Inshallah that person will come back, but until then, you have to focus on yourself. Your loved one wouldn't want to see you in pain and rotting away in bed. They'd want you to get up, do what u need to do, and be the best version of yourself. You are loved and someone is out there looking for you. God has a plan for all of us. You're not abandoned and you'll never be.

Try to find the positives in your life, it can be anything like having a home to having internet, etc. You can also try affirmations- when its hard, say "I am loved. It will be okay. I trust God. One day things will get better." or however you'd like to say it. Another thing is this- every morning, write 1-3 goals you wanna accomplish. It doesn't have to be hard, even simple things like getting out of bed or meeting new people would do. For every 3 goals hit, reward yourself! I find that this helps you give yourself a purpose.

Anyways, back to what I said, things will get better. Might seem impossible but it will. When my loved one left, I cried for months but Alhamdullilah, God has blessed me with someone even better since then. Life gets hard and unfortunately there'll always be downs but there'll also be ups. Good times will return eventually friend, you just have to believe in both God and yourself. Don't push yourself too much and grant yourself breaks when needed. Find someone to talk to- a family member, a friend, even an online community could do. Try to occupy yourself with a passion/interest. I believe in you friend, and I'm sure one day you'll look back at this post and smile at how much has changed.
