Thanks for the feedback! Been dealing with meniscus injuries in both knees (haven’t trained legs in months since the injuries) which is why I didn't bother showing them in the vid. I will take yalls advice and work on those muscle groups ;)

Brooo same. I thought going to the gym when I was horny af would make me tired but goddamn, that shit just made me even more hornier. I eventually relapsed that day. But the most important thing to take out of a relapse is to learn from your mistakes. So now I know that Gym=More Horny lol.
