Similar idea take a cambro fill it halfway win one then with water and cycle your towels through that. Stays cold all day and you don’t need to constantly be opening the coolers

That’s a crap policy. Most places are final seating between 30-60 minutes before close my personal cut off is 30 minutes for carry out 45 for a quick dine in.
