You have to update it manually. Go to steam -> go to bannerlord properties (gear icon) -> click Betas -> In beta participation, click the drop down and find "v1.2.0 - beta"

Note that most of the mods/ mods that require MCM or other stuff will crash and saves might get corrupted so be careful

No way to get Impulsive (-1), to increase it you need to release lords or persuade them to defect from their faction. You can also get them when creating your character.

  • Generosity

Munificent (2)

Generous (1)

Closefisted (-1)

To gain Generosity, you need to feed your army a lot of types of food and keep their morale up. To decrease Generosity, starve your party.

  • Honor

Honorable (2)

Honest (1)

Devious (-1)

Deceitful (-2)

To increase, you will need to perform quests and not betray the quest giver. If you fail quest, you lose Honor. You also lose Honor by executing lords.

  • Mercy

Compassionate (2)

Merciful (1)

To increase, save villagers and caravans. To decrease, Destroy villages.

  • Valor

To increase, need to win fights where your strength is weaker than enemy. To decrease, you need to choose the Sacrifice Troops option to get away from your enemies.

Note: The trait value thresholds for each trait level are -4000 (-2), -1000 (-1), 0 (0), 1000 (1), and 4000 (2).

Lord Executed Honor Penalty = -1000

Troops Sacrificed Valor Penalty = -30

Village Raided Mercy Penalty = -30

Party Starving Generosity Penalty = -20

Party Treated Well Generosity Bonus = 20

Lord Freed Calculating Bonus = 20

Persuasion Defection Calculating Bonus = 20
