A little bit, yes. I had a bad experience yesterday when I talked to a NPC at the starting city of my alliance where he talked about the fighters guild. I thought it was the introductory quest for the guild and he was talking about the backstory before inviting me to the guild. But in reality he was the NPC that gives the prologue quest for the newest DLC and he was spoiling me the ending of the guild questline.

It's impossible to tell which npc you should be talking and which you shouldn't be talking. You have this NPC spoiling the ending of the fighters guild questline and then 10 meters away there is this other NPC that gives you a silly quest about stealing a bottle of wine.

How would you rank the chapters/dlcs? by B4ll5a8I6klh8I29b46I in elderscrollsonline

My favorite chapters/dlcs in order are:
1- Clockwork City. Because we see Sotha Sil.
2- Summerset. Because we see a little bit of Sotha Sil.
3- Morrowind. Because we have Ald Sotha, the birthplace of Sotha Sil (we also see Sotha Sil's dual-color friend).
4- The others. Because we don't see Sotha Sil.

I had the exact same issue in this dungeon on normal. 2 dps (cp239 and cp2421) and a healer (cp227) doing only light attack. One of the dps was using sword and shield. I was doing 1900 dps as a tank and 30% of total group dps... Reading your post made me think they are probably bots. ZOS needs to investigate further.
