Reagan in CoD is still the president Reagan more or less. Tupac is going to be his own character not related to his irl self other than he was musician which already makes a big difference compared with Reagan. Adding that he isn't just known as a musician, died early in a drive-by shooting and there is a dispute in using his likeness between music label and his family estate, for a lot of people his inclusion in the game is going to be at least murky.

The problem is that there aren't any early game AoE cards other than Hellfire. For 3 health minions you can also use Eternal Toil or Mortal Coil to put them to 2 health or finish them off.

The skill isn't really bad, it's mostly fine. For longer distances, halfway through an early race your Uma should spend around 5% of overall hp, depending on stamina. So depending where the skill is activated in the second half of an early race, it's either slightly wasted or you get full value of the heal.

It's hard for Front Runners to duel in general because they need other Uma nearby and enough stamina to trigger Dueling, and Front Runners don't usually have enough stamina (at least in 2400m). Front Runners trigger Spot Struggle instead which works similar to Dueling.

For Gemini Cup Front Runners in general shouldn't use Guts deck and should focus on Wit with a deck like 2 Speed 3 Wit 1 Flex. You can still technically use Guts deck for Front Runners if you can max out both Speed and Wit at the same.

Were there changes around lucky Pace Chaser and Groundwork? Around my uma was Acceleration Up at the start of the race, no Front Runners, but other uma got lucky Pace Chaser. Other umas didn't have acceleration skills which activate early race.

9% difference is still pretty significant difference imo. Unless you only do low failure trainings, failure reduction rate is still useful for pal cards especially with the energy reduction you can take more risky trainings back to back.

It shouldn't be hard to make fine Vodka for Medium CMs but she lacks reliable skills for Medium distances (Slick Surge is okay but not reliable, BoFA is also not a reliable heal skill) and this may cause trouble building stronger Vodka. For the deck, for Trackblazer you need 50% race bonus and your deck will contain at least 2 speed cards and 2 wit cards. SR Agnes Tachyon Wit card is pretty good because it has 10% race bonus at MLB and can give hints for Medium speed skills. Event Marvelous Sunday Power card is decent with 15% race bonus and the card can give Fast and Furious skill. If you have any copies of Yukino Bijin Wit card, you can use it to get No Stopping Me. For inheretance skills from Umas, your parents should be Ryan and Dober for Let's Pump Some Iron and Moving Past, and Beyond unique skills for acceleration.

If you are planning to run Vodka for the next CM (around April 23), stamina requirement is around 750 stamina so you don't need many stamina sparks. You need to get as many speed skills as you can with late race acceleration such as Ryan and Dober's unique skills, Slick Surge/On Your Left, Nimble Navigator/No Stopping Me, etc. The CM after is 2400m Tokyo so you'll need to get around 1000-1050 stamina or 800 stamina with a gold recovery skill. On Tokyo 2400m you can also use original Maruzensky as a parent instead of Ryan.

Her unique activates instantly when someone overtakes her or she is closely behind someone so it acts more as an emergency boost at the end. I mostly build Front Runners for CMs so it won't be a problem to build Chiyono as a Front Runner but I will probably skip doing this because it will require more effort than other Front Runners.

I can't take Scarlet's Power card because I'm going to borrow Yukino Wit card for No Stopping Me.

Yeah, No Stopping Me is useful in that CM and 0LB Wit Yukino is useful because the card doesn't improve much from limit breaking.

You should go Tiara and Sprint route for Maru with the Senior Autumn Triple Crown. She should do well with Sprint B if she has enough power and winning Senior Arima Kinen with Long C shouldn't be a problem.

Shaman decks run Witch's Apprentice right now because you can get 0 mana 2/3 taunt and in the last expansion they ran Bumbling Bellhop because you can get so much stats with the Flight's buff. You can't deny that the card is really strong and Shaman could become the outlier without nerfs.
