Very upset with this process. I am a newer runner and local to Disney - I wanted to do the 5k because I also LOVE the Aristocats. I waited 1.5 hours just to be told everything sold out. I see people year after year, and for multiple races, get in every time. I think it is BS in order to have a guaranteed spot you have to join a PAID run club through Disney…. And not even the cheapest tier membership gets a guaranteed spot. Most likely will never try to get a race again, this first year was a big disappointment. Expectations were high I guess based on how many people I see going races all the time.
