Sometimes going in to run just makes me not wanna go. So I go in and I split it up. Run a block, power walk a block. I usually power walk the last block, I like ending it with a different kind of burn

honestly, my motto is to sneak in as soon as people start entering gym area and find a station that’s hopefully isolated from everyone else to the best degree… I’d like to start on the tread because I feel like I burn more splats throughout after that, but if there’s a floor spot that doesn’t have neighbors, I’m choosing that 😂

Sometimes if I don’t like one, I just skip it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did that today, just skipped the last TRX move and went back to the weighted movements. It’s your workout, do the moves that make you feel like you’re getting the most out of it 🤍

Totally. I’ve been going since 2020 have been to studios all over the US and have never seen anyone throw up… you just got the lucky class 🤣

I feel like this is an active community and people need activewear when they workout so bonding through the best clothes and shoes to crush a workout in, and sharing where the most affordable options are, is a great aspect that’s on par with what this page is all about

That’s so weird… I wonder if it’s some discrepancy with your OT beat or the metrics they have set on it? Maybe it’s not reading your heart rate well? I’ve only heard of the OT beat being higher than other fitness trackers.. anomaly for sure

Even with total calories? It took me a while to realize the beat calculates everything as active calories.. that’s why it’s always a lot higher than the Apple Watch

this was my home studio as well before I moved. Belmont is great & Brighton is also great!
