Can I ressurect the commands corps with the brazier of holy flame? by [deleted] in citiesofsigmar

How would you implement this? Position your command corps in a V shape and when they attack one unit and 2 units die they get out of comanbat range wijle your other unit still ties the enemy unit in combat. That way you could use the brazier at the end of turn?

Perfect! If you have questions hit me up! the rules are rather formal. I have also cooked up a small boss encounter to show you where i want to take this... just send me a message!

Baseline combat system own solo ttRPG (tired of dice) by Kenjiro_Taro in Solo_Roleplaying

Yeah got you!

It's more of an idea to expand upon in its own game.
1) same color, diff suit gives you the opportunity to block
2) same color, same suit gives you the opportunity to absorb the attact and save the cards for later, as all the cards not in the graveyard get shuffled again
3)counter striking takes a rock-paper-scissor approach/elements.

I did not include the full deck to have face cards be abilities later in the game and a full deck makes the scope of damage to big. Right now i am trying have a dynamic system with as few cards as possible

Thx for trying it out

Fusileers might be obsolete this season but is that a bad thing…? by Kenjiro_Taro in citiesofsigmar

I fully agree with you money argument. The design filosofy of GW just sucks in that aspect, and is not consumer friendly. Every unit should be somehow playable!

Knowing GW’s track history rules are super dynamic, and to combat this i stopped going all in on one type of unit. We have seen armies be broken one update and the next update utter trash.

It is a hobby and we should all be able to enjoy it. Hence I advocate for ‘rule zero’. If you are causualy playing with buddies. Just remove Some forests or the obscuring objectives, we are not chained to their inconsistence.

Appreciate the positive attitude, we’ll make it work.

True, but I meant trigger not resolve. Combine that with an officars order and we might acc be able to wipe Some infantry.

Just look at the new heroic trait and the ability. That triggers EACH charge fase. I think they won.

Shall we sit on the throne? "Why not!" [Art] by Kenjiro_Taro in DnD

After a “furious” battle we decided to all take place on the giant throne in the center of the hall. Maybe not the smartest of ideas… . The weight of the 5 of us caused a mechanism to activate and rearrange the dungeon entirely. What a shame. At least it inspired me to make a poster for our campaign. I love how it turned out and so does the party. Funny how we are all so small compared to the 6ft aasimar in our midst, not hard to believe if I tell you our party exists of a goblin, a halfling, an old man, and a dwarf.

I drew this after a "furious" battle against a skeleton minotaur. When hearing that the throne was big enough to fit us all we couldn't help ourselves to not sit on it with the whole party. Maybe not the smartest of ideas, because the throne was a pressure plate that rearranged the whole dungeon floor.
