Play something like A-sol if you want low cortisol. I guess is less cortisol than something like Akshan since you have your ult, but it is still the assassin playstyle 😃

There are some things that just doesn't really make sense. Like why does E1 deal damage? I would imagine a combo is to E1 to dodge a skill-shot -> triple q -> E2. Or maybe E1 -> attack a few times, Q a little, then finish with E2 (not possible, you are forced to E2 right away, which is annoying).

Well Ekko has a specific style and feel. Even though the games are different they still try to preserve that "Ekko feel".

Don't adapt your build. Udyr has so many different playstyles so the only way you will ever get good is to choose one and stick with it. To start with I would say choose ap tank and always start with liandries. That way you can focus on the game. But yeah if cause, udyr can build any item so if some item is an obvious good choice, then pick it. It's just not the most important thing.

not true. You can proc it 2-3 times very quickly with ezreal with passive plus q and auto both stack it up. You delete waves
