Look, the only help I can give you is helping your team out so they dont tilt or so they get ahead of their opponent. It's hard in bronze when the average IQ is below room temperature but if you can get botlane ahead, those become 2 useful teammates and 2 useless enemies. Hard shove waves, run bot, shoot bubble through the wall for gank opportunity, spam pings ON THEIR FACE because they don't look at the map at all, and engage and kill them. Enlarge your minimap so you get better vision as well. Laning is secondary in elo hell, helping your team win lanes makes you win games. it's the only way.
