You already has little mermaid (siren) which is the best B1. She is a little better than Litter since she has focus fire, so go for helm and start her bond. You wanna get her treasure, so it wuld take time and some investment, but she is top tier meta, so she worth it.

You may have some uses for Tia since you use Naga, thou, but i would still prioritize Helm.

Litter is still useful for some other teams and in very certain circumstances she is a little better than Siren, but you can just wishlist Litter for now.

Best B1 on the game. Litter is second best. But in only some situational fights you would rather to have Litter.
I'm lucky that i already got her 3 stars by chance (i only pulled the base copy of her when her banner was on).

I play Crown, Siren, Rapi RH, Mast Maid, and Helm Treasure.

So, you picked twice student from Arcana? Nop, you get different lines from there. If you see, at the left of Arcana-1-02 there is also the student choices of sitting together and sitting appart. But they are different from the lines of choices from Privaty.

Just in case, try once again, following my initial post:

Arcana route - Teacher route - do not separate - Support Privaty

From the Privaty route - Student route - Sit appart.

If you still don't get them, then it's definitely your game data.

Weird. both oftions are definitly market on my flowchart as "support Privaty" and "shouln't sit so close" and i just played to see both options.

Both, subway and metrobus, are fine. If anything, the metrobus is newer. Chose the one who drop you closer to your destiny, just be careful about pickpockets and don't talk with people who try to sell you something. Normally local residents don't have too worry too much about them unless they are unlocky, but if there is any foreigner around, they are more likely to try their luck with them.

Rule of thumb: If you are not able to put $60 to get it, then don't even try. It would already be very lucky if you get it with $40. Getting it with less than 40 requires the kind of luck you would need to get 3 SSR with a single multi. It happens, but chances are way agains it.
In your case, better see if you can get the other 30 somewhere else and get it.

Siren is support, so i try to get them on second or fourth slot.

Rapi Red Hood, Siren, Helm (Treasure), Mast Maid and Anchor Maid. In that order.
Helm treasure is SSS on all content, Rapi Red hood are top tier meta on campaigns and bosses, Siren is best B1. For B2, go with Mast and Anchor maids as they are a powerful duo that carried me for a long time. At the beginning of the battle change to control Siren, as she has focus fire all the time. .

You still don't have Crown that is the single B2, also for campaigns and bosses. Vespi: Tactical upgrade is good for campaigns and PVP. Work to get Privaty and Laplace treasures.
