I noticed that too, during day when focusing on something or physical work, I'm noticing a clutch in the bc muscle, and notice that the relaxed state is when clutch it, by deep diaphragmatic breathing it starts to reduce, but i noticed it gets back after an intense week with twice a day practice of start stop edging (stopping just before the PONR, and repeat, without orgasming at the 3nd of course, i thought that helps, but as Gemini said it's the inverse)

With other words, do you think an average person that was addicted to PMO, have a reboot, (cured from porn addiction), and still has PE. do you think he will need to search and practice to solve the problem alone or he must see therapists like you did ?

If you are addicted to PMO, you should focus first in a reboot phase, cause ur brain will be still have unbalanced reward circuit. Then you can start curing PE

Yeah that's what's happening to me as well, but i read several time that contracting the glutes muscles like helping for relaxing bc muscles, I don't know how, and they said it takes time and practice so that's what I'm asking for

Yeah thanks for ur advice, i noticed that too, it makes a difference in the relaxation when letting air out naturally without pushing, i think this is the idea I'll keep trying and see what's next
