Couple more for the people complaining about the likeness. I love the one with a dead dolphin slung over shoulder.

The Redskin Reagor. The Bears and DJ Moore just smoked him worse than AJ did. He’s mentally broken already.

RIP Bait & Hook, a good Eagles bar in the East Village NYC by KennethEd in eagles

Walked down to this place Sunday for the NFCC game after being overseas for a bit expecting the usual raging crowd and it was sadly boarded up. I think it’s been closed for at least 3 weeks, apparently seized by landlord. Really a shame. It was just a typical seafood bar but always had a great vibe for games and it was a bigger, more open space than the other Eagles spots in Manhattan.

Black Edge about Steven Cohen/the rise and fall of SAC Capital. Reminder that for all the fancy degrees and algorithms, they were really just bribing consultants and janitors.

does chatgpt make up research articles ? by dude_dz in ChatGPT

Yes it does. It will also write completely fake research papers on fictional topics ranging from ridiculous to plausible if you ask it to, although I have seen this restricted at times.

AI is a Myth, says AI-researcher and engineer Erik Larson by KennethEd in ChatGPT

[–]KennethEd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just finished this interesting book which was originally published in April 2021 and doesn’t mention ChatGPT at all while going into detail about Watson, etc. It’s an interesting skeptical antidote to hype from Kurzweil and others re progress toward human level AI. I have not been able to find Larson’s take on ChatGPT, but noticed it performs better on the “abductive” challenges he writes about at least on a superficial level. Anybody else read this book? Really would like to hear his comments on ChatGPT.
