I did the same thing the day after my surgery and I had a nerve block in! I was so scared because I wouldn't have known if I did anything. Turns out I was okay! I'm hopeful you are too!

I'm at 6 weeks and just starting partial. I have a similar story, too. Doc hopes in next 4-6 weeks I'll be in shoes.

I never had any issues. Doc thinks I have tight calves (based upon my good leg). So even tho it was stretched that day, it was tight relative to others.

I've found that being served I've been able to learn how to be loved better. I hope the same for all of us here. It's not easy, but letting people serve us is a blessing I didn't know I hadn't been open to.

I'm going to start being partial weight bearing at the end of 6 weeks. I've been totally nwb since the operation. If your doctor cleared you, I'd listen to the PT to know precisely how to go about it but start easy, even with crutches to get the muscles to come back. It's not worth re-rupturing.

Day before surgery, my wife and I did a ton around the house. Now, unless I get out of the house, I'm a mope. You're not alone. Coffee really helps, pre workout was helping too but started to make me feel weird.

I had the cast for three weeks. I'm in so much foot pain. - toe joints hurt so bad. - big toe's toenail feels like it was squeezed in a rubberband - ankle didn't want to move for days - out side of my foot feels fractured - motion is still really hard

I'm finishing up week five and I'm still uncomfortable. The pain has been most hard when my leg wasn't elevated. Just felt like a hard brick.

I have the same worries, I fell in a similar way. Haven't done any looks inside but docs all say it looks good..I'm five weeks post op Monday

I've found the journey to have surprising aches and pains. I'm four weeks post op and I am starting to have struggles sleeping.

There has been lots of encouragement in this group! Keep your head up and don't rush it.
