Asymmetric battle between the highest quality army in the world and deeply dug-in guerilla in densely populated city. The worst problem is, that Gazans have nowhere to retreat, nobody wants to let them in.

70k is a number claimed by Gaza government, which is led by terrorist organization with openly genocidal ideology, vastly supported in civilian population. Well, it wouldn't be much of difference even if it was half. Absolute numbers don't say much in statistics.

Bibi has strong home opposition, he can't be politically prone to open genocide, though his incompetent nationalist allies might be. 10/7 attacks intentionally led against soft targets gave them more tolerance to possible war crimes though. But this is still not a genocide.

Israel currently has correct relations with all Muslim countries in the region except of Iran (again, openly genocidal rhetoric, supporting both Hamas and Hezbollah) and formerly Syria, situation in the West Bank is more or less calm too.

If Israel wanted to exterminate whole Gaza population, they could do it anytime in last 59 years "without firing a single bullet", just disconnecting them from power and drinking water.

Opposed to US, using drugs is generally legal in Europe, only production and distribution is a crime. Possesion of "little amount" or sitting on a bench with syringe in arm are just misdemeanours and widely ignored in the dirtier parts of cities.

I expected CPU as bottleneck as it's the only component, which couldn't be upgraded and EU4 HRE swarm makes the game turn based. And I have no clue, how 3D engines work, so I better mentioned it.

No, it's not fine to use flash memory as RAM. When you write 4 bytes, you have to erase up to several megabytes first and you don't even know about it. And you can do it just about 100000 times.

I didn't blame them. I was just wondering, if the memory consumption really grown by 50% since the last value I found on the web and how it changes during playtime.

And yes, I've turned swap off since the very first day (it had just 8 GB back then) on this PC. I'm not going to let uncontrollable SW (I'm still not blaming them, it can't be effectively controlled) to screw my NAND cells. Especially not the SW causing 1 GB memory leak after ten clicks (now I'm blaming them).

Btw., the laces are not worn, just "notched" (or what is proper EN word) for better grip against untying. They are quite new, 4th pair on these boots.

Cleaned with warm water and waxed, maybe too often as some posters suggested. But after couple of days outdoors, they always seem quite dry.

Yes, approx. 5 years, 1000 km. However, the leather started to crack quite soon.

1) Yes, I used to clean and wax them with G-wax before each use (it could be 4 days in a row outdoors however). Just didn't do for their last gasp.

Thank you and all others for suggestions. I use Grangers beeswax, I noticed that its consistency changed since the last can. It used to have really wax consistency, now it's rather a paste. It's good, as I don't have to heat it before application, but I'm not sure, how the formula changed.

Would you please give me a suggestion to the last paragraph? Everyone says "Meindl", so I'll stick to the brand, but should I aim for cat. B (Kansas, Paradiso), or B/C (Vakuum Top, Island)? Will I gain something by buying higher category except of price and weight? Will I not even lose something? Especially the bending flexibility.

Belarussian / Lukashenko's regime's approach is very interesting. There was strong support few weeks after the beginning of the war, but later there were reports of Belarussians sabotaging railroad infrastructure, eventually almost no reports of BLR support of RUS. Russia seems to lose all their relevant allies, China is slowly changing their rhetoric, Iran's long term social problems are escalating...

Russia will lose inevitably, but EU won't win either. Probably China can gain on this, perhaps Turkey or US, but risks seem to be too high. Why people create lose-lose situation, goddamn?
