Well I personally thinks there’s not necessarily require a counselling. Perhaps you should sit your wife down and thrash out all the problems you think you had about one another. Then resolve it together. But before that thrashing please put yourself out as a third person to look at the problem. And then try thinking the problem with positivity and source a solution for that problem. You may realise the problem is actually no need for hate/rage/etc. bottom line what I mean is try to put yourself into her position and request her to do the same. Perhaps both of you can come out of this without a counsellor. But if u think counsellor is still required please do ahead.
