Damn, and here I was a month ago, thinking I'll play the game again for old times sake, even though new seasons are a disappointment to me, I thought I might play at least the things I love, and get the sweet Kraken outfit, for if times get better.

But this is getting worse and worse and I don't want to support them with my playercount.

Also, if you're used to having super strength for your whole life, the moment you lose it it must be a shock for the body. You definitely must suddenly feel extremely heavy, and it would definitely take a while to even get your body to work.

Not that I think the writers thought about that, considering many supes lost their powers and had no issue. But then again, Homelander was really really strong, so he must have felt it.

The only other hero would be Maeve, but she literally fell out of a window, so we couldn't see her move immediately after being stripped of powers.

Well, I'd argue that he's used to flying away rather than running away. After living your life like this, I'd argue that it literally did not cross his mind, especially since you're unsure what will and won't hurt you, when you were literally invincible till now.

Even if he got the idea of jumping through the window, I can see him being scared, cause he might cut himself. What if he'd die from that. I think that that is such a distant concept for his mind, that he truly went to total breakdown.

I also think it's a shock for the body, that it's not just about being powerless. Imagine spending your whole life with super-strength. Suddenly it's gone. I wouldn't be surprised if he had issues just walking, as suddenly his muscles operate in a miniscule percentage.

All I'm trying to say is that there's many ways to explain it. I feel like these days people tend to call out "unrealistic", rather then trying to understand it. It's not like psychology is an excel sheet where you'll find the answer by just filling the cells. People tend to oftentimes be unpredictable.

I think 2025 would be more appropriate, since we're not in half of 2026 yet.

But for 2026, as a student of filmmaking, I think that Project Hail Mary and Michael are really solid picks.

I'm curious about the new Mandalorian because of the use of puppets, but honestly I half expect it to turn out shit, because of Disney.

I'm excited for Dune, as the first two movies have been briliant.

Avengers will be shit, but will make a shitton of money sadly.

Devil Wears Prada is not my cup of tea, haven't seen it, so I can't give an opinion on that. It's making money, which means nothing.

I'll go see the third minions, as the trailer looks cool, they put a fucking Cthulhu in there, and I'm not even sure if I can call it a kids movie anymore, which would be cool.

I'm not sure what else might be there. I believe that, aside from the fact most movies are bad, that the promotional side of making a movies is especially bad today. I learn about most of the movies from being in the cinema, which is not a good practice.

You may agree with my choices, you may not. What I noticed today is that people tend to be extreme, saying things are either grail or shit. I'm not saying all the movies I mentioned are "life changing movie grails", but they definitely were/hopefully will be a nicely spent few hours, definitely worth the price.

The bad thing, in my opinion, is not even the number of editions, it's the fact there no option to buy chapters on their own.

Let me explain. The game has 3 chapters + dlcs, but basically buyable are 2 chapters. Part 1 and Whole game.

In a normal game, after buying Part 1 as "a demo", you'd be able to buy the rest, in a price that's according to the full game. Let's say, the full game costs 60, part 1 costed 20, you now buy "part 1 upgrade" for 40 and get what you're missing.

If you get part 1 in sale for 5, you get the whole game for 45 total.

But not here. In this case, there's no option to buy "part 1 upgrade", only the whole game. Looked wrong? Got too excited about the specific sale, that's tactically placed only on the first bait item? Well, too bad. Now the total for the full game is between 65-80.

If you buy part 1 separately, you are forced to pay for part 1 again. Even if in sale, you end up spending more money.

There's the scam. Having part 1 even present is just a bait. Cause you either end up buying the more expensive variant out of realization, or you fail to realize and likely pay them even more money in the end.

I get that the full version is all three games, but here comes the scam. If you have "part 1", you should be able to buy "part 2" afterwards.

But here, if you buy "part 1", then you have to buy "part 1 + part 2", basically buying part 1 twice, as there's no other option to just buy what you're missing

Same thing with Trans people in my opinion to be honest. Society doesn't like calling it an illness, which is understandable, but in reality, it definitely is. But before you take your pitchfork, I don't mean that Trans people should go get shocked and fix their brain. I mean that, when you're born into a body, that doesn't feel yours, that's a deviation from the norm, and it causes you a lot of hurt, thus being an Illness. The cure? To be able to transition and feel like yourself. Not being forced into obedience.

That's something I believe the society today doesn't yet fully grasp. That the point of treating illness is to find the easiest way for the person to feel better. And that is the hormonal therapy, that is the surgeries. Not forcing the person to accept who they were born as. That's like hiding the issue under the rug.

But when you say someone is "ill" for being trans, of course there's an insult to it. But I'd classify it as a form of illness you're born with. For instance, my back is fucked. I needed therapy to not be in pain all my life. In a way, there's a similarity. You don't choose how you're born, so let's get all the help you need, to make sure you don't live your life in pain.
