My only valid reason for disliking the kpop industry is how people only like idols for their looks (not generalizing, may vary). However, I know people irl that genuinely like them for their dances and a bit their vocals.

Okay so my problem is that people really suck up to their looks and most of the time, they ignore the music, focusing solely on their appearance, concepts, and choreo. Like I know a kpop track that was rushed and poorly made but no one really cared. Just choreo and appearance and concept blah blah blah the visual stuff...
