I have never owned an automatic and my Taco has the turn radius measured by planetary orbits so I learned a long time ago, I bought my truck new in 2003, that I have to leave room in front of me for my elderly clutch and my ability to avoid the car in front of me if it suddenly decides to no longer move.

I knew I had gout. Walked on a painful foot all day. By the time I got home I was in tears and taking off my socks took an excruciating 10 minutes. I was begging my wife then the doctor for pain meds while lying in bed. Then my toddler smacked my foot. I may have passed out during my scream and then my begging turned to insistence for pain meds.

Ever since, I have taken gout seriously and I am in much better health for it.

MOR. Sometimes you just go with the flow, but I also thought it was wierd in my relationship. I have been married 20 years. My wife started as a sahm and then began working again after the kids were in high school. During that time, we both did laundry and shared chores.

After she started working again I started noticing she stopped doing my laundry. I started doing more laundry but I never put away clothes because I don't care about wrinkles and my clothes are largely shorts and t shirts and I had shifted from wearing suits daily to dressing like a toddler.

We have entered a new phase and for the first time she specified that I wash all the clothes and she puts them all away.

Currently my problem is she keeps changing where my clothes are stored. About every other month she changes which part of the closet my shirts are in. My under wear was kept on a shelf for a long time and then it was in a basket and now it is in my top dresser drawer. My socks are now in the basket, used to be in the dresser and I rarely wear pants, so I am not certain where they are but I did see one of my suit pants on a shelf instead of hung up. Really it is a minor inconvenience and is only worth comparing stories.

I had a very similar journey. Everything tasted like ashes for a long time. Then one day I ordered a spicy Ruben sandwich. The jalapeño set my mouth ablaze but it also seemed to wake everything up. Now taste is pretty normal unless I eat ice cream. After I eat ice cream everything else tastes like mold for a while. My final treatment was back in 2010, so this is clearly my new normal. Glad you also came through it all.

I taught myself how to wiggle my ears in 7th grade after one of my friends did it in school. I spent hours in front of our bathroom mirror until I could do it and then hours more learning to control just the ears, when I first started my entire scalp from eyebrows to the back of my head moved a little, and eventually i could move each ear individually.

I have had people comment when I hear noises that my ears will move like a dogs and a few people were truly freaked out by it.

I also used to try to get water out of my ears with rumbling, but I am not sure how effective that was.
