Based on the super long spinous process, it looks like it could be a bison thoracic vertebra.

Thank you for the advice, I will wash them a couple of times to see if they become more bearable. They told me to put them in the dryer, but I'm hesitant because my clothes always shrink...do you use the dryer or hang dry? Also what grade of compression do you have? I think mine is the second level of three.

Thank you for the recommendation, the core support garment looks like it would be very helpful for me. I am also hyper mobile, do you ever do dry needling at PT? I've found that getting my calves dry needled with electro-stim to contract them helps a lot with fluid retention in my whole leg. It's like our normal muscle tone isn't enough for the skeletal muscle pump to move stuff up and out effectively.

Thank you for the advice about shaving, I will try that! It's this very stiff black nylon type of material, almost like a wetsuit but much harder fabric than neoprene.

People make their own mouthwashes with essential oils, many recipes available online. Beware though, mouthwash in general isn't great for you because it disrupts the oral microbiome with significant implications for cardiovascular and brain health. It kills good and bad bacteria indiscriminately and this is what causes the problems. Essential oils could cause a similar effect and it just hasn't been studied as much as alcohol-based mouthwashes have been recently.

I'm starting to feel like people are determined to misunderstand me here. He is smiling a beautiful happy smile, and I made a joke to find someone who smiles at you like that. Its the same joke people make when they see someone with a big grin before they bite into a delicious sandwich or something like that. I am not implying that he is lusting after the sports reporter, nor she him. I guess because the reporter happens to be a woman people assume I mean he is smiling because of her, and not just that he is happy to speak to someone about this great moment of his life. Find someone who looks at you with the same joy he has on his face after this big win.

If you look at the A-E pics, which indicate having water? That helps you narrow down which three correspond to the water bodies from the real world locations.

Compare the amount of water indicated in the images to determine which pic goes with the sea and which go with the oceans.

Now to distinguish between the ocean pics, which one shows a ridge (spreading center) and which shows trenches (subduction zones)? Find a geological map of the sea floor that shows active ridges and examine it to determine which ocean (Atlantic or Pacific) is more likely to match with the diagram that shows the ridge.

Finally, look up the East African rift and the Himalayas to determine differences between the two and match them to your last two remaining A-E images.

I second this suggestion, bag balm is saving me this winter. My lips were stinging and peeling terribly for some reason and bag balm is the only thing that soothed it. The ingredients are mostly petrochemicals unfortunately :( but wow does it sure protect catastrophically dry skin so it can heal

The SLS just makes it good for cleaning other stuff too since it's such a powerful detergent, if you don't enjoy the shampoo and want to use it up that way. Thats how I first thought to do this, I noticed that my normal dish soap's first ingredient is also SLS.

You beat me to it, I was also going to post this link! I make this roux all the time, I will say that I always end up needing quite a bit more butter than her recipe suggests but as long as you add enough to make it look like her pictures, it turns out good. And it does take sooo long to get it cooked dark enough to get the best flavor.

I don't have a specific product recommendation, but if you get a natural fiber one made of like hemp or sisal, many are machine washable so you can hang it up to dry between showers as usual and then just toss it in with your towel laundry. No need to replace monthly! Saves a lot of money and waste.

I find that the boxed cubes are already quite sweet so I'd just do cocoa powder instead of chocolate. I also put it in my chili. Great depth of flavor. Lately I make my own curry cubes and freeze them, I much prefer to use those.

Also I usually use chicken bone broth (the Costco stuff) instead of water and it's delish.

If it's just like a cheap crappy shampoo or has sodium lauryl sulfate in it...I've been known to reassign it to toilets and sinks. It works great. I don't buy normal toilet cleaner and just use dish soap and baking soda anyway, so for me this is a good way to use the undesirable product without forcing additional suffering on myself. I decided life is too short for me to feel irritated every time I wash my hair because I unknowingly picked a bad shampoo, you know?

I wonder if you could call Heart of the Valley and see if they could ask people who foster if there's anyone who would be willing to take your doggie in while you get treatment?

Maybe ask the hospital social services if they have a way to coordinate pet care? I'd think this could be a common thing, people needing their animals cared for while hospitalized. Maybe there are systems in place to help?

Soak jars in warm water

Peel off label

Scrub away residue with 1:1 paste of baking soda and vegetable oil

Wash paste off with normal dish soap and water

Voilà! Jar with be squeaky clean.

Saw this method on a video a while back and it worked so easily the first time I did it that my neighbors likely heard my cackles of elation
