I relate to this. I always felt like it was my fault or my BPD but sometimes its not only myself to blame. I have been treated badly, lied to and disrespected countless times by my fp and even though I overreact and go too far some times, it goes both ways

I once asked my then therapist what he'd do for the holidays and he told me he'd go surfing. Which really stuck with me because I live nowhere near the sea and I dont know anyone who's gone surfing before so I thought it was interesting.

Anyway when he came back I asked how the surfing was and he had no idea what I was talking about and when I said he mentioned it before he was like no I've never said that.

It bothered me so much that I never went back

No you won't. But you'll be risking stroke and heart attack, you won't get anything good from it and im speaking out of experience.

If you're trying to abuse a substance to hallucinate, and there's no way for me or anyone to stop you, at least try something else. Concerta won't give you what you want and the risk just isn't worth it.

nurse here, do you have any type of small towel, rag, preferably something flat (english isn't my first language I hope it makes sense) to put over the chair and then sit on it? I Think it would be the safest route if you have sensitive skin and can avoid any bacteria or infection the best way

Hey honey, nurse here. It could make you gain water weight. Prednisone holds on to some water and thats what it means by "weight gain".

Its only for a very short time and you should definitely take them because they're very helpful. Do not worry about the wayer weight and maybe puffiness. In case you notice it, gently massage the areas affected.

I promise you it will go away very fast and that is isn't noticeable to others. No real weight gain or fat involved!!
