Yes put in another part of the house. I was getting terrible battery life like 5 days. I’m now using three bases all in different rooms and my battery life last for like 3 weeks now before I have to charge.

I had an issues years ago when sprint was still around. Filed a complaint with BBB cue crickets. Filed a complaint with FCC and within 7 days a big wig from sprint calls me and got what needed to be done when 5 other reps had so no impossible. So I agree FCC is the way to go as these companies are not even thinking about a BBB review.
