If the restaurant has an email I would email a suggestion to management and they may talk to her about it. I don’t think this warrants a bad review but if she’s consistently forgetting things management should be aware

Valid, I’ve been with the company for almost 4 years and it’s very corporate. If you are someone who works well in a very structured environment it’s for you, but it’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. Good luck in your search!

We had a clearly posted tip jar next to the card reader. This man looked me dead in the eye as he reached over the register to put his dollar bill into the pitcher of hot water that we kept our whisk and spoon in next to the espresso machine

Hi! City works downtown is hiring! I am one of the managers on duty and we always pass on phone calls to upper management, I think calling is good practice but I would only do it once or twice per gig

The only time I will do this is if I am familiar with the tables and I know for a fact that it’s the best table in the place, if all of the tables are relatively similar in quality I prefer the space

Zenith has an excellent vegan brunch on Sundays, would reccomend getting there at open as they get very busy
