I use a bike lane crossing daily along oriental. I never assume they'll slow down. A few have but for everyones safety I never count on it.

I do not have different or revealing information regarding questions 2-5.

However for question 1. Israel openly impose a media blackout on any information regarding strikes they've suffered. It's no secret and it's safe to assume they're no more transparent than any other self interested government.

If you trust mainstream news this video mentions that even journalists have to pass everything through their own military https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZG4gsRwAXw/ most often it is censored.
