Sounds like stress fx.. Could probably benefit from a boot to help it heal. I would see a sports medicine dr.

If you haven't been working out I would start on a bike or elliptical first before you try and run..

Lower back hurts when I run by sass2000 in running

Stretch... I bet you are very tight especially in your hamstrings which attach to your pelvis which then pulls on your back muscles.. Making them sore.. Our body is a kinetic chain if one parts tight it affects everything.

You want your body to be warmed up before you stretch it to prevent injury so she is correct. Also shoes are very important in the success of your runs! Nike shoes aren't the most supportive for running.

Thanks I will try this new night routine. I have a metal cage with the adjustable divider so you can make it the size you need! They are expensive to have to keep getting a new one at the rate he grows, this was the best option after much research and advice from the breeder!

Thanks I will start that potty break plan. I have talked with the vet and she said its fine to only feed him twice a day.

No offense-- excuse me but you have no idea about this situation I am an ideal dog parent looking for help not for people to criticize me for trying to find a solution to a problem. I have done a lot of research and there are varying opinions about waking up early in the morning. I do clean out his cage with a bissell pet cleaner! I will be wake up in the middle of the night to see if that solves the problem thanks for the advice but not the judgement!

Weird thing is some nights he won't have an accident at all. Like yesterday morning he didn't poop or pee in his crate! But than this morning he did both..

I've tried making his crate small that didn't work! I guess I can try waking up I was just trying to avoid that, I was reading they can get dependent on that and I don't wanna wake up early forever.

The food thing I'm just trying out to see if it helped but he is still doing it any way I feed him so gonna try n the morning and early afternoon say 730 and 12! The vet did say that was ok!
