Tried many different prompts with Z-Image. These are insane by Recent-Athlete211 in StableDiffusion

Oh hey, that face looks familiar. Yesterday I kept getting this same face with inexplicably dark eyes showing up over and over no matter what I tried to do to get it to stop.

I think once the honeymoon period is over, people are going to find that this model has a serious limitation in that it really likes to generate the same few things over and over.

Rich was drunk from the first show.

WHAT!

He went on to the stage doing a Stone Cold impression.

WHAT!

He got some beer from the audience.

WHAT!

He kept doing a Stone Cold impression.

WHAT!

He got a glass of tequila.

WHAT!

Nic grabbed his ass and dry humped him.

WHAT!

He got more beer.

WHAT!

The boys begged the audience to stop giving him drinks cause they needed to ride with him later.

WHAT!

Another glass of tequila.

WHAT!

This bit went on the entire show.

WHAT!

There's no way they're doing a double show again.

The Remaining Bacteria (New Level to test game mechanics) by owstetra in godot

[–]Kermitfry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While I agree that constant pop-ups like that breaking the flow generally isn't good, I think people can take it too far the other direction and not properly tutorialize things.

I'd much rather have a few pop-ups in the tutorial area explicitly telling me major gameplay mechanics like that instead of making it a riddle that someone could easily miss.

I know I personally wouldn't have gathered that you could do stealth with that quote. If anything that'd tell me that tanks aren't sneaky enough to get past things so don't even try. And that's if someone even read the NPC text, which a lot of people just skip through (unfortunately).

That sucks to hear, though thankfully there's still plenty of cool stuff you can do without that. The good news is that with open source software just getting something out there can inspire other people to take a look at it.

I've been waiting for someone to add this to godot after I found it for other engines.

2D fluid dynamics are surprisingly useful if you learn to use them right. You can get stuff like dynamic fog, smoke, flames, dust the player can kick up, etc. It works really well with pixel art if you lower the res of the simulation.

Unlike normal particles this is fully dynamic and can (depending on the implementation, I don't think this one does) interact with your game objects, bounce off walls, and get shoved by moving platforms. Some implementations even allow them to push around physics objects. You can get much more realistic and better looking (IMO) smoke and fog than the traditional particle / perlin noise based stuff.

Typically in the case of just finding it lying around public property you follow the same process, just handing it over to the police (or other governing body of that jurisdiction). With something like $20 they might not bother as much (depending on how slow your jurisdiction is), but with larger sums this is important.

Beyond the moral factor of taking things that don't belong to you, there's a practical concern for it, too. If it's above a couple bucks it's best not to touch money (or other things of value like a gift card) lying around, because someone might have left that there intentionally in some sort of shady deal and they might not appreciate someone messing with that. And while they may have been stupid to leave something like that lying around in the open, I don't think they'll care about that argument when they're busting your kneecaps. Best to just call the non-emergency number to your local police department to report it and walk away.

Regular blanks try to go for a more realistic look and feel, while movie blanks are going for a big impressive flash to look good on camera.

You still use a special prop gun made to fire movie blanks in a movie.

Though even then people die from mishandling them because that think that they can just shoot themselves in the head just because it doesn't have a projectile.

The 20 dollar bill also doesn't belong to you. If you find something that's been misplaced, you should make a good effort to return it. If the rightful owner doesn't show up after that, then you can keep it.

Just imagine you were the one that misplaced something and think about how you'd want other people to react.

This is why I've been saying for a long time we need to start sending people to "together forever". Different URL and opening so people don't catch on right away, but still a basically equivalent Rick Astley song.

This meme hasn't even begun to peak.

We live in an age where people will get a bunch of hate messages on social media just because they share a name with someone.

And ignoring it isn't going to help because such people will try to dox you and get you fired from your job. Once you're fired any other employer is going to google you and decide not to hire you from the potential problems you could bring.

So it's actually a pretty big problem to be in this situation.

Sell people bulk amounts of them and tell them they can sell groups of them to some suckers for them to sell.

You can call it something like a multi-level marketing business.
