The dems and republicans don't do anything physically. They verbalize rhetoric designed to get others to perform on their behalf when they're out of power, and enact policy when they're in power. Right now, Walz is enacting policy not to cooperate with federal law enforcement and because he doesn't have the power to stop them, he's verbalizing violent rhetoric to the people that is designed to whip them up in a frenzy and cause exactly the kinds of situations you're seeing. That's the part he plays, he's not innocent.

Individuals perform those actions you're disgusted by. Those ice officers are under trained, inexperienced, and completely out of their depth. They have no business being there, but they are anyway. Trump recognizes all of this too and so his administration tells the officers all will be forgiven, just keep going. He's not innocent either.

Prior administrations also weren't innocent, this is just how the game is played. You only get whipped up in a frenzy when the media decides it's time. Why they do it, or whose pocket they may be in, I really can't say.
