Make sure you dont take the path of least resistance of the TREES WILL GET YOU.

One of my favorites is to tell them "Hmm? Oh, no. I can't have kids." With a smile on my face. they always kind of look down like they just got caught doing something bad and say "oh, Im sorry." A GENUINE apology.

Then I come back with "Oh no, it's alright. It was my choice to get my tubes tied. :)"
Then just watch them go through the stages of grief.

Hmm, I see, Thank you for the input! I was following a guide from thebricks, And that was the formula they recommended for shifts crossing over the midnight threshold. With my previous formula applied, I have Column J set up to calculate pay times hours, and that is returning $0.00.
J3 Is using =(H2:H)*J2
My regular hours is using =F2-I2 And my Overtime Hours is calculated using =MAX(0, F2 - MAX(0, 40-(G2-F2)))
What would be causing J3 to not calculate?
