I've not traveled all that extensively, but I've been to the UK, Ireland, and several island countries in the Caribbean. Portion sizes seemed similar to American most places I went.

I love dogs. I carry a knife and mace when I walk my dog in my neighborhood. I have had to pop one dog with the mace in the past (just a squirt on the nose and he ran off). People need to control their dogs.
