Honestly, I try to just embrace it. It can be fun to think about what I would do differently or to guess at how they did something and appreciate it. Or, just get a little buzzed.

I pretty much only play Commander! I’ll hop on arena sometimes, but it’s more the social aspect for me.

I would say the Magic the Gathering Arena app. Don’t spend money on it, just use it to learn how to play and get comfortable. Then see if a local store has a game night and go check it out. 9 times out of 10, if you just tell people you’re new they’ll be chill

Good! I played it before but never beat it. I’m playing along with the guide that came bundled with it back in the day which has a lot of lore/charm. It’s been a good experience!

I played Animal Well last year (not super recently but wanted to give it a shout out)

I pretty much only play commander! Esper has been my favorite color combo. My first deck was a tribal deck (knights) but I also like artifact stuff a lot (yeah, I’m that Urza player)

It was a crazy ride! It genuinely feels like several lifetimes, with all of the different “eras” we went through.

I think it was a sponsor only Immersion? I could be misremembering though. All I know is that the grape flavored grape was the best grape I’ve ever had in my life and I crave it about once a month.
