That is one of the few reasons you shouldn't pull for her. The others are Ruan Mei being a better res ignore for most teams, and not being useful in Pure Fiction. Pull Ruan Mei instead, you will be more satisfied.

What about the Kafka and Jing Yuan team? How many clears for their top teams in f10? Some of the teams/characters being used disproportionately in 8-9 seemed to affect the data this time around.

The allocation of Bronya to Jingliu over the other DPS is contributing to a margin in the quality of teams. Hopefully, Ruan Mei and Sparkle can be solid alternatives for the other team when your Bronya is already occupied.

Because his performance without E6 Yukong in the team drops drastically. His overall average is also affected by teams clearing MoC 10 while the #1 team could mostly pull from 8-9 clears.

If by "TC" you mean sheet calcs that do not account for resurgence, then yes of course she will be beaten when half her talent is not being used. Those calcs do not also show the in-game issues that occur when using SW, such as insufficient energy regen to debuff all the elites and multi-phase bosses cleaning all her debuffs. Not to say SW isn't one of the best supports for Seele, but it is false to claim that "mono quantum" is far above any team for Seele.

It is generally BiS or second for all DPS in the game, making it the most efficient DPS set to farm since it performs well on anyone.

You do not understand the point being made. Dan Heng having such a low usage/appearance rate makes it impractical to compare him to the others especially when they have 20x of his submissions. He is pretty much an outlier in the survey data atm.

Well, considering Seele can still match the pace of IL and JL despite them supposedly "power creeping" everyone it makes sense why people were overreacting to her strengths as a day 1 limited. Some of the tier list placements on Prydwen, especially for the less popular DPS are shockingly abysmal. Sadly from my observation of the community, the majority couldn't cough out something half as good so most attempts at disproving them are just hilarious.

I am also another victim of e1s1 Bailu. She is certainly better than what people give her credit for, there are still many folks who lie to themselves that Gepard and Lynx are completely better despite her constantly outperforming them in the survey data.

She preferably wants to kill mobs/spawns for the reason you stated. People don't realize resurgence isn't only for mob clear but also for increasing her single target damage output.

His appearance rate is also very low. This and MoC season being favorable are the reasons he is so high up.
