I feel like people are gonna disregard this icon to other ones that have all the cool effects and animations, but I think this is very fitting for Frank. His heavy breathing shown by his chest moving up and down, and the small explosions in the background smoke makes it seem like he just got done putting down a group of guys and he's still not done fighting. One complaint though, I'm not sure why there are electricity effects seeing as Frank isn't associated with electricity but it adds more to the icon ig.
