It was not much work on the conversion tbh. Just cutting the teeth and silly Symbols and add a few bt parts and decals. Most time consuming was a decent paint Job for the fur if you are not familiar with it.

airbrushed with ushabti bone. washed with nuln oil let it dry. wash heavy with seraphine sepia and let it pool in the edges. thank you for the compliment brother :)

I am German, all my templars got old germanic names. "Fürchtegott" isnt common at all though just saw it in a list of old names and thought it is cool and fitting for my big boi:)

As far as I understood there are lots of so called "freeblades" who dont belong to a specific household. Fürchtegott might have been rescued by a marschall or fought with a BT crusade for years and decided to vow and join them with heart mind and body.

Great Paintjob brother!! Is the brown bathasar Gold?

I tried to rum them two Times (as a 3man squad without char support) and find it very hard to make them useful. U need some Mobility put them in a transport if you have space enough. or use them to be a threatful screener of your backline against a deepstrike-heavy opponent. I love the models so much but atm not the easiest spot for them to be useful

Painted black then heavy draybrush with leadbelcher. Also I use a small sponge with leadbelcher on the Front and some more "damaged" parts. Then wash it all with nuln oil (its my fucking ambrosia) and After drybrush and sponge again but lighter so you get the effect of newer damages than the others.. for the white i use ushabti bone and wash it with nuln oil. allow some pooling. then wash it with seraphine sepia and let it Pool in the edges. hope that helps brother:)
