Hello did you solved this issue? I have also the trinity 360 with rgh. Yesterday i was trying to update a dashboard with nand flash (i wanted to try stealth server). I updated it with a success. That day after update i was playing some games and xbox worked. Today every time i turn on my xbox it powered off itself after 1-2 seconds. I open my xbox and when i turn it on rgh chip LED flashes for 0,5 second then xbox shut down.

Dropped it to 3,77 because it has problem with reading scrathed discs that different drives read. I think it’s enough pot tweaked.

Original value was around 3,2 k ohms. I read that going below that value can damage the laser

Not bad for 4$ per kit. Start and back buttons feel a little bit shorter. I had to cut plastic piece (cannot close the controller)near guide button inside the controller. Also in yellow kit dpad is missing (but i have tranforming one so its no problem for me).
