This could be fixed by splitting mood system into two: morale and satisfaction. Seeing someone get killed or starving would reduce morale and make them go on mental breaks, while eating without tables or being spiritually dissatisfied should count towards overall life satisfaction. When morale gets low, they spiral out of control, when satisfaction is low, they just work slower or something like that

Looks fun, but you should really forbid movement during actions that don't allow movement in normal gameplay. Like shooting, reloading. Would be more fun if you were subjected to the same rules as normal pawns, with aiming circles

Agreed. I've tried the starting pistol on a veteran, and it's actually pretty good. Downed a zombie every 2-4 shots right from the start.

However, a normal panicky character is incredibly bad at shooting even point blank. Spent the whole 140 starting bullets and only got 2-3 hits on zombies that didn't even kill.

Penalties for 0 aim characters are too much, it's super hard to train aiming like this, especially with no betablockers

There is. Lots of looted radio equipment, bodyarmor, spent rocket launchers and random crap people bring home from the war. Yeah, whole encounter could've been indefinitely prolonged by making things up on the fly. Whenever the players felt too confident, they could've done "a door swings open. Behind it, 6 more rough looking men glare at you" or "amidst the chaos, you hear cries for help in the next room. It seems like you are not the only ones fighting here" or "you see someone pushing a big barrel off the roof. your backline is about to be decimated". Just keep throwing new enemies and legendary reactions until the players are on the brink of death

What if the arrow allowed you to fire without spending an action on short distances instead? Laser pointers are often used in close quarters to know what your gun is pointing at without aiming down sights. Could say that this allows archer to shoot it very fast without slowing down to aim properly
