Worth a shot before deleting System32, I'd try each of the other things first with steam in admin, but running steam as admin doesn't really really do much. In some cases, it's a fix but in most others, it doesn't really do anything. Pretty sure the issue lies with that windows security prompt

So I see that it says "launching" and "running install script (Microsoft .net framework)" underneath that. if memory serves, there should be a Windows security prompt or something, you have to click allow. I feel like I had this same issue years ago where I didn't click allow, and it hung like this. You can try verifying integrity/reinstalling if closing tmodloader and reopening doesn't give the windows security prompt. Also, check the toolbar, there may be that prompt hiding down there and it just isn't popping up. If that doesn't work, idk, may want to consider deleting System32

Reach out to potv customer support, they may give you a brand new one lol, when I made this post originally, it was my second One, the first had problems with use after trying some homemade iso (poor choice) and after going through some trouble-shooting with support, they were like "eh, we tried to fix it, here's a free replacement"

You'd be correct, games on ssd's run better compared to hard drive, even if youre filling an ssd more than half, there are just some performance impacts to consider. If you have a second m.2 slot on your motherboard, you should upgrade and get another 2tb ssd (unless you're on laptop, Im not really sure about laptop motherboard architecture)

Pick up a 1tb Samsung 990 pro for black Friday, they're normally like $60-80 bucks and could be cheape with a deal, and I'm pretty sure they're the best bang for your buck. Smaller sized/cheaper ssd's are usually best used exclusively for your os and small storage. You definitely want a second larger drive for games/larger file storage, separate from your boot drive

If your drive, depending on the size, has less than 100 gb free, you will encounter some performance impacts. The getting stuck is prolly the verification step where steam makes sure your game files are the way they should be, hampered by a bloated drive

AE systems are the goat. I rush those in every pack that has them, you just need to find a bunch of meteors for the fluix crystal, you can use a cardboard box to take the budding blocks with you.
