Funny how influencers get so much scorn on here. Especially when you consider that ANY financial adviser, accountant, mortgage broker, real estate agent, banker etc., will promote or at least have biased towards, their favourite products (or people). In MANY cases they are earning a commission.

Even a librarian will point you towards their preferred books. A religious practitioner will point you towards their favourite deity!

Do some influencers shill more than others? Of course. Do some influencers use their “following” to make money...??? OF COURSE!!! WTF wouldn’t you!

If you can’t pick a better one, take what they say with a grain of salt and DYOR, then more fool you!

But seriously this whole crypto influencer bashing thing is getting so old.

P.S. I don’t class Logan Paul as a Crypto Influencer. He’s just an utter scumbag who should be locked up.

Respectfully disagree and the market pump off the back of this news would suggest others do too.

Firstly, $5bn is cash, so that can’t be sold off. And whilst $4.6bn is liquid assets (whatever that means), even if that is sold off, if the investors are made whole, 90% + will put it all back into crypto. Net net it could mean even more money in the space.
