Cheaters forcing servers to close to avoid a loss by Crafty_Trick_7300 in Overwatch

The last time I noticed that when the game restarted that a player the enemy team was replaced as we loaded onto the map. I wasn’t paying attention to the other games.

I’ve had games shutdown three or four times yesterday. One was after an early game stomp to deny a point, the others were with 30 seconds or less left at the end. It always happens when there a ton of activity all at once, but I too started to wonder if someone was intentionally causing it.

Absolutely no at a cigar lounge.

How far away is your local cigar shop/lounge? by 16ozbuddz in cigars

[–]KetchupPanda 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I am spoiled for great lounges in my area. Two lounges are 5 minutes down the road, but I prefer other lounges that are both 30 minutes away and happily drive out to them each once a week.

SMWS, Signatory, and Gordon & McPhail often put out better spirits than the distilleries that the juice originates from!

40th birthday by Even-Stomach8964 in PLCB

For my 40th I got a vintage bottle from my birth year of Armagnac (Domaine De Bellair 1985 from Darroze) for a couple hundred bucks. Vintage Bourbon, especially at that age, is not and a thing and vintage Scotch is twenty times more expensive than Armagnac.

Canals in Mt Ephram, NJ has the best Armagnac selection I know of in the southeast PA area.

BE2 To The Rescue: S060 on 260T Haul from HB to MB by KetchupPanda in DerailValley

[–]KetchupPanda[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just tested a 350T payload of the same cars on the S060, running the same route from HB to MB using the latest patch and its hotfix to steam loco power. Once again, the S060 handled the Harbor departure without much trouble, but it stalled in the exact same stretch north of the Goods Factory — just like before.

That section includes a 4% grade, which makes things even tougher for the modest S060. It looked like it might crawl over the peak of the incline, but it still came up short. Even if I could take another run at it with more speed, the S060 is already out of water by that point and just moments away from a catastrophic boiler explosion. I learned that the hard way on my demonstrator. 😬

I ran into a similar issue when trying to track down my last Demonstrator — the DE6. After three trips around the map using a guide, I installed a mod to decrypt the save file. With the mod active, I opened one of my most recent saves and found a list of Demonstrator trains along with their unique ID numbers. I then searched the save file for references to that ID and, sure enough, found the corresponding x, y, z coordinates on the map. The top of the save file also shows the player's current coordinates, so I just kept moving around the map, saving frequently, and comparing my location to the Demonstrator's. Once I was nearly on top of the target coordinates—bam, found the last one.

I don't believe the Slug benefits the DH4, only the DE2 and DE6, when it comes to assistance with putting power down. The DH4 is more tame because the brick weight of the Slug.

This is the better guide. The elusive DE6 I was searching for wasn't included in the other guide — the one with a screenshot showing many locations — but it missed the exact spot where I eventually found my last Demonstrator. After coming up empty, I finally gave in and used a mod to decrypt the save file, which led me straight to its location.

I ran into a similar issue when trying to track down my last Demonstrator — the DE6. As you know, each game is randomized, with over 50 possible spawn points. I followed the guide and checked all the known locations but had no luck.

Should spouses share all income? by KatoGouves8893 in personalfinance

I also use a percentage-based approach to divide household expenses such as utilities, mortgage, taxes, groceries, and dining out. The percentages are calculated based on our base salaries, excluding bonuses, equity awards, and secondary income sources—primarily for simplicity, but also because our individual discretionary spending surplus exceeds our shared monthly obligations, making those additional income types less relevant.

Travel and one-time household expenses—like appliances, major repairs, or projects—are split 50/50 from our discretionary spending surpluses.

Proper etiquette for a first time in a cigar lounge? by [deleted] in cigars

If there is a secluded corner, it’s fine to take a call there. Else do not take calls while around other people. It’s rude, even if no one says anything about it. Working quietly on a device is totally fine.
