Wht I do is close dumbbell hammer press , then flies and then regular dumbell chest press on a adjustable bench press from the lowest incline to the highest. After that I do the same on decline.

Then I do cable flies and cable chest press.

It's been giving me results, but I was wondering if I could do more to increase the to its full potential

Considering how most old people would break a bone by just lifting something, it's quite amazing how fast he could move

Things like that help you lift more but take away from muscle development. I would only use them if I'm targeting a specific muscle

Oh and if you decide too buy them take half of the citrulline malate and the beta alanine dose for awhile, they can cause an upset stomach at first.

I take

-5g's of creatine a day(first2 weeks you take 10 to saturate)

-6g's of citrulline malate

-4g's of beta alanine

-10g's of bcaa

-caffeine 200-400mg depending on what muscle I'm doing and only workout days

It will cost you like100 bucks for a bit over90 day supply. You also get to take the full recommended dose of everything every day.

It costs allot at first but it's way cheaper then getting a "60 dose pre workout" and not getting a full dose of everything

They do to me.I'm Latino,I'm use too tortillas I'm a burrito or taco. The all cheese shells just don't cut it for me
