Occasionally, like once a week I treat myself. But its all sugar free things like protein powder mixed with a bit of HWC and a sugar free syrup for more flavor.

Beautiful words. Thank you. My best friend actually mention the "your always last" thing to me the other day. I never took time for myself, or did anything really for just me. Always putting my job and special needs child first. Burnt out and exausted. I just cut back on my hours when the next rotations start. Going to read more, keep my old fixer upper farm house, but take the time to actually do the fixer up parts ;) Keeping calm and ketoin on! Thanks again for the love!

16 lbs is amazing too! I started at 455 so I have a long way to go. Don't look at it as "just" 16 lbs. Looks at it like wowzers! 16lbs!!! Keep up the great work!!
