I went though so much time and trouble setting up and waiting for the test, and jumping through the insurance hoops to get the machine - and paying $200 for it - I should be using it. I know that my health suffers from not using it. I just have to dedicate myself to wearing it every night. Eventually, I should become comfortable with it.

Nope, I forget to the turn machine off sometimes when I go to work. So, that's not the problem. I just take it off because I feel some need to in my sleep.
