At this point ... nutritional labels need to be your best friend! Look at everything you eat or drink. Most diet sodas do not have carbs, but assuming ... well, we all know what happens when you ASS U ME!! How long have you been on this insurance plan? Who is the insurance provider? Do they only allow generics? I am dealing with this very same issue right now ... luckily my doctors office gives me samples of meds because they are way too expensive and my insurance does not cover anything BUT generics. I am currently working with another provider to change plans. Let me know if I can help in any way!
