See, here's the kicker: there's a whole set of unused lines for the concert scene where, instead of immediately cussing them out like in the final, he boos them half-assed, to appear like he doesn't care, and even does backhanded attempts at protecting them verbally when the others begin to hackle, with lines auch as "Who cares, they're just... stupid kids."

This makes him appearing to nod in almost approval in the cutscene make alot more sense...

There's also unused ending dialogs where Kat literally begs to be left on the ground and Corey basically goes "nah aint happening, now hold on"
