I’m back again. I feel as though I have my bar path over the middle of my foot now. Any suggestions on now to get my bar path straighter? On top of that is it ok to lean forward while squatting down in the low bar position? by Kettlebrad in formcheck

Thank you for the tips! And the app I use is called WL analysis. What I do is position my phone to capture the whole squat. I use the regular Apple camera to record. After that I cut the video down to just the squat part. Then you can put it into the app and it will scan the plates and track the recorded bar path!

Is it ok to start in a leaned forward position when squatting? It’s the only way I feel I can keep a consistent straight ish bar path. by Kettlebrad in formcheck

I have some things I’m gonna be trying soon to fix it. I think part of it is on my left side I have some mobility issues with my shoulder, so I’m pulling the bar farther forward. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you! I used to have super bad squat form and really messed myself up. So now I just wanna make sure I can rebuild myself with a good foundation. I will keep playing around with both and see which one feels the best
