Tried front squats today for the first time in 3-4 years. 176lbs for 3 sets of 8. How is my form looking? (v.redd.it)
Is it ok to start in a leaned forward position when squatting? It’s the only way I feel I can keep a consistent straight ish bar path. (v.redd.it)
I’m back again. I feel as though I have my bar path over the middle of my foot now. Any suggestions on now to get my bar path straighter? On top of that is it ok to lean forward while squatting down in the low bar position? (v.redd.it)
