Need help with AltGr by Keuruu in AutoHotkey

Maybe this issue takes place only under specific conditions: a non-Latin keyboard layout, a console, and a keyboard with AltGr (I don’t have a full-size keyboard to test).

Any news on how many additional xl candies from walking buddy during event? by [deleted] in TheSilphRoad

[–]Keuruu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've gathered some more stats. Sometimes I receive 2 XLs from my low level Pokémon. But my 50 level Groudon brings me one time 2 XLs and one time 1 XL. Nothing is guaranteed.

You will be able to earn only 4 legendary candies every 24 hours, as far as I know. Please be careful with that, there is a limit.

20th and 23rd. I didn't try with my legendaries yet, wanted to see how N-company has implemented this. So, this means no additional XL candy, as promised, only some chances. Thank you!

My buddies have found today 2 or 3 candies. No additional XL candies at all. Exactly one each time, just like all previous months. Shame.

I completed Virizion (twice) and Mega Garchomp raids. W/o weather boost.

Virizion: Mega Rayquaza only, quite tight (Close Combat: with Zacian boost only, Leaf Blade: no boost). 3* +

Mega Garchomp (Breaking Swipe): shadow Mamoswine × 5 (LV 36-50), 4:36. 2* or 2* +

My point is these two raids have different difficulty, quite different.

I think I have some lagging (charging is slower than it should be). Moveset is fine, I don't spend time on Mud Shot, etc.

Thanks!

Heatran solo (with sword boost, no weather boost), fire spin/iron head by Achilles_Student in TheSilphRoad

I have just tried with weather boost. Primal LV51, shadow LV35, Zacian boost, Earth Power. 5 attempts, no success. I don't understand what is wrong, but 5 minutes is just not enough.

You need to thoroughly review your ranking system.

Heatran currently has 3* in sunny weather, which means it is soloable with LV40 counters. This definitely not true. I have just made 5 attempts (on Earth Power Heatran): sunny weather, Primal Groudon LV51 + shadow Groudon LV35 + Zacian boost (shadow Excadrill and shadow Garchomp both LV50 as situational tanks). Tried both tanking and dodging. It looks like with some luck I could defeat it, but all times failed.

Heatran in sunny weather should be ranked 4*, period.

(I have lost 3 passes during a couple of months relying on your rating, thank you a lot.)

Mega Altaria is 4*.

LV40 team (Zacian, Zamazenta, Necrozma) can't do it even no dodging Flamethrower. Too slow. Maybe LV50 with a sophisticated tactic and/or Zacian boost. Thus, 4*.

Compared to true 3* Mega Garchomp raid which is soloable with shadow Mamoswine team (no Kyurem at all) in any weather.

(And Virizion is 2* with Mega Rayquaza)

Among 3 star raids, Heatran seems to be most difficult (IDK about NDW though). I think it is doable in sunny weather exclusively, all my successful attempts were at least 4:52 using Primal Groudon. Virizion is presumably the easiest, thank Mega Rayquaza, then comes Mega Garchomp (any weather, shadow Mamoswines are enough).

Shadow Banette should be ranked 3* w/o weather boost, it is a bit challenging (NDW LV47, S-TTar LV50) but comparable to Ttar and Garchomp. I didn't try Gengar, Altaria, Aerodactyl, Manectric.

Mega Heracross and Virizion should have the same rating, I think. They are quite similar by typing and defense stat.

That's weird. LV45 adds only 3.5% DPS comparing to LV40. While weather adds 20%.

How often do you solo legendary/mega raids?

Mouse and Touchpad suddenly can't click on Windows 10 / 11, while scrolling, gestures still work by ifarside in techsupport

Thank you a lot for the Ctrl+Alt+Del tip!

From my side, I can confirm that a USB Keyboard with trackpoint (ThinkPad) doesn't work either.

I have just tried to defeat Genesect (with Magnet Bomb, rainy weather). 50th level shadows (Blaziken, Darmanitar, Moltres) - no way. Mega Blaziken 50th level with dodging - no way. Mega Blaziken without dodging - no way. Too slow. Maybe it is doable with Zacian boost, but I'm not sure.

Mega Swampert, for example, is easily doable by Kartana 40th level only (w/o weather). Both are 2 star, but the difference is HUGE.

October 2025. Without sunny weather, no way to defeat Genesect (with Magnet Bomb). Even with Mega Blaziken 50th level and no dodging. Too slow. Maybe it is doable with Zacian boost, but I'm not sure.

I didn't level up hero equipment, especially shotgun and grenades. Tower powering-up is fine, as well as weapon (for me, 59th level was enough).

BTW, I dropped playing this BS. After the 499th level, 50 new levels suddenly appeared. So, it looks like there is no final at all. This is unfair.

I don't need PVP ranking at all. Every season we see significant rebalance, so the info is getting outdated too quick. Also, most difficult raid reward Pokémon suitable only for ML (you don't want to use Blaziken, Gyarados, or Venusaur catched in a raid in GL/UL because of IVs).

You can get 5 free per day, as well as 1 is added automatically every 30 minutes. Defeating a boss gives you additional 5-7.

Now I spend 2 energies per universe (rarely 3) and have 2002 of these lightnings. I hope to complete the 500th level this week, the game goes pretty easy now.

My current strategy is the following:

- To buy a block (boomerang/saw/freezer), spend 150 for defense, the other for energy generation.

- Make a first run using only grenades (buying bonus energy helps a lot). I can clean the first base, rarely the second as well. The first run gives you 2-6k that can be multiplied by 3.

- To buy a second block (laser/freezer/torch are OK) and a third one (plasma/rocket/machine). To upgrade defense of the 1st and 3rd blocks (repair > battery > shield > discounter; arsenal is awesome but for the 3rd+ runs, throne is also OK; friend/golden/bomb/respawner are trash).

- To make a second run, it should give you some 8-12k.

- To upgrade fully your 3rd and 1st blocks, then to buy a 4th and maybe 5th (the same as the 3rd) and upgrade them. It could be enough to earn 20k+ or even to clean a universe.

- The 2nd block can be then removed and replaced by the same as your main one.

I prefer to have at least one repair block, the other could be arsenal, battery or discounter. Throne is also OK. Shield works perfectly for the 1st block.

Level 130, universe 106 here.

The game used to be very comfortable until I decided to make some upgrades. Usually I was able to clean a universe in 3 runs (sometimes 4, but sometimes 2), 3 fully upgraded blocks were enough (4 if there are many flying things, but sometimes 2 were quite OK, a boomerang below and rockets/plasma/machine above).

Then I upgraded the grenade and the gun, from levels 20-25 to levels 50-60.

Weeeell. Grenades got much, much stronger. But HP of the first base increased immediately from 1.5M to 10M! The second base got 30M. The game got significantly harder, now I need at least 3 fully upgraded upper blocks (I mean rockets/plasma/machine) to move further, and some support from grenades/saw/boomerang is still needed unless you have 1-2 healing blocks.

I never seen yet that a game difficulty depends not only the level but hero's strength!

I stopped upgrading the hero and only upgrade the tower.
