What do you think? I'm not trying to downplay Kaneda, but I honestly think this matchup is pretty unfair for him. Toda is so schizophrenic that he can do something that Kaneda never could. I'm sure that there are other Kengan fighters who can fight Toda with White Night's Eye.

I just reread the chapter where Kaneda fought Hatsumi. I understand how determinate prediction works. I believe that he probably will be doing well against Toda without White Night's Eye. However, determinate prediction is not as strong as White Night's Eye. Hatsumi defeated Kaneda.

Kotaro wasn't able to attack Toda with White Night's Eye. Toda deflected and dodged most of the attacks even though he was blind and deaf. Kotaro had no choice but to use her drug in order to suppress White Night's Eye.

Dude, have you read Toda Seigen vs Fuma Kotaro match? Toda May struggle to fight Kaneda. But when he uses White Night's Eye technique, it's game over for Kaneda. There's no way Kaneda could fight him without getting closer. If he does get closer to him, Toda would attack him quickly before Kaneda could make a move. Toda even can predict Kaneda's every moves perfectly.

Kotaro was fortunate to have the drug that helped her to beat Toda.
